These terms and conditions of sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of any CANCAN Furnishings products online and in-store. By placing an order with CANCAN Furnishings you are deemed to have read, agreed and accepted these Terms.

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. Kindly be advised that we will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not factory faults.

Due to variation on devices used to view our products, such as mobile screens, tablets and desktops, the colours shown may appear different to the product you receive. The reproduction of colours on images viewed on different devices may not be precise or accurate. It is not possible to guarantee that colours of your order you receive will be an exact match to the colour of the product you have viewed online because of this.

We also advise that some colours portrayed online may also vary due to slight changes in dye and materials that occasionally occur. We cannot be held responsible for these differences.

Just because products have the same colour name e.g. “Ivory White” this does not guarantee that the colour “Ivory White” is the same across all products and sizes. Changes in tone and the look of the material used may still occur.

Please kindly also understand that people have different opinions on what shades of colour are used. For example, a sofa fabric that may look ‘Beige’ to one person may look another tone or shade of beige to another, or even another colour.

Please note that if you are purchasing the same colour items at different times there may be some colour differences. This happens because items may be manufactured from different dye lots and the shade may differ due to the natural nature of wood or upholstery fibres.
