Handwoven in India
A study in texture and restraint, the Fraser Textured Rug brings a soft, tactile foundation to the room. Its warm ivory tone is woven with subtle tonal variation, creating depth without introducing a defined pattern.
Handmade in India by skilled artisans, Fraser combines wool, viscose and cotton for a naturally textured surface with a soft hand feel. The understated weave works particularly well with timber, stone and upholstered furniture, allowing the materials around it to remain the focus.
Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and dining spaces, Fraser adds warmth while keeping the overall interior composed and uncomplicated.
Variations in weave, texture, tone and dimensions are natural characteristics of handmade rugs. These subtle differences are part of the making process and give each Fraser Rug its individual character.
Natural fibre rugs may also experience some initial shedding. This is normal and should gradually reduce with regular, gentle care.
Vacuum regularly using low suction with the rotating brush or beater bar switched off. Avoid aggressive vacuuming or pulling loose fibres; carefully trim any loose threads with scissors instead.
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry, colourless cloth and avoid rubbing. As Fraser contains viscose, avoid excessive moisture and household carpet-cleaning products. Professional rug cleaning is recommended for deeper cleaning.
Rotate the rug periodically to encourage even wear and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Fraser’s warm ivory palette works especially well in interiors built around natural materials. Pair it with walnut or whitewashed timber, travertine, marble and neutral upholstery for a layered space without visual heaviness.
