Product Care

Vacuum regularly on low power using a flat nozzle attachment. Avoid beater bars or rotating brushes.

Initial shedding may occur and will naturally reduce with regular use and vacuuming.

Never pull loose threads. Carefully trim them with scissors instead.

For spills, blot promptly with a clean, undyed cloth. Avoid rubbing the affected area or using harsh cleaning chemicals. Professional rug cleaning is recommended for persistent stains.

Creases or fold marks from transportation will gradually relax with use.
