Product Care
Cleaning
- Wipe the glass with a clean microfibre cloth.
- For fingerprints or light marks, use a quality glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth rather than directly onto the mirror.
- Dry immediately with a lint-free cloth to prevent streaks.
- For frames, wipe with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, use a lightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly afterwards.
Avoid
- Abrasive cloths, scouring pads or cleaning powders.
- Ammonia-based or highly acidic cleaners on metal, timber or stone frames.
- Spraying cleaning solution directly onto the mirror, as excess liquid may seep behind the glass and damage the backing over time.
- Sharp or hard objects that may scratch the glass or frame.
- Excessive humidity or moisture, as it could damage the electrical components over time.
Handling
- Always lift and carry the mirror from both sides. Do not drag or slide it across the floor.
- Large mirrors should be moved by two or more people.
- Ensure wall-mounted mirrors are installed using appropriate fixtures suitable for the wall type and the mirror's weight.
Natural Characteristics
Minor variations in the frame's colour, grain, texture or finish are part of the character of natural materials and should not be regarded as defects.
